I am so excited to join my friend and mental wellness guru in our first one day retreat. This is going to be the most amazing day if I must say so myself.
Jennifer Van Rossum is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Mental Wellness Educator & Consultant in private practice (5Peaks, LLC) with a specialty in treating anxiety and building resilience. I have studied the human mind and behavior for over 2 decades with special interest in the psychology, sociology, somatics, and neuroscience of well-being. I know a thing or two about what it means to live well. Being human takes practice and I'm here to help you live a skillful, wholehearted and integrated life with intention so you can experience joy, hope and meaning through both the good and hard parts of life. I am also a mom to 3 (usually) delightful boys and married to a pretty rad husband.
